Eduardo Isaac was born in Entre Ríos, Argentina, in 1956. He has won numerous international competitions. At age 22, he won first prize at the Concurso Nacional de Guitarra "Fundación Gillette", in Argentina. Later, he won first prize in some of the most important guitar competitions in the world, such as the Infanta Cristina Competition, in Madrid, and the Andrés Segovia Competition, in Palma de Mallorca. Currently, he teaches at the Entre Ríos Conservatory, in Argentina. His recordings include several works of Argentinian composers, including Astor Piazzolla, as well as more contemporary composers, such as Dušan Bogdanović.
